Dr. Mathew G. Findlay has served as the President of the Utah Optometric Association. He served as the President-Elect for one year, Vice President-Finance for two years and as a member of the Board of Trustees for several years. His position as the UOA President has given him privileged opportunities in meeting several Optometric Physicians from all over the country, including some Physicians from other nations. He is constantly traveling the country, furthering his education and keeping up to date on current medical treatments and procedures.

Dr. Findlay owns Murray Vision Center and is in private practice. He has been helping people with their vision problems for over 20 years and has had extensive training in the prescribing of drugs to treat varying Eye Diseases.

Dr. Mathew Findlay also provides services in Vision Therapy, Cataract and Lasik Management, as well as complete and thorough Eye Examinations including Contact Lens Evaluations.

Dr. Findlay looks forward to the opportunity of serving and taking care of you and your family’s Optometric needs.

Past President: Utah Foundation for Vision Awareness

Maria is the Business and Office Manager for Murray Vision Center. She serve for two years as the President of UFVA (Utah Foundation for Vision Awareness). Maria also serves as the Co-chairman for the Para-Opteometric program under the direction of the Utah Optometric Association for four years.

Maria is very involved in the community and local schools in Murray. Her past positions include PTA Treasurer, School Community Council, and she has been a room mother for over 10 years.

Maria graduated with a Bachelors Degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. She also attended BYU—Hawaii. She live in Murray with her husband and three children.

LeeAnn is the Technician and Optometric Assistant. She has been assisting Dr. Findlay with his patients for over 10 years.

LeeAnn attended Utah State University and has lived in Utah all her life. She loves to sew and is a very talented seamstress. She has a great knowledge in computer programming and networking. She and her husband reside in Daybreak.
